Ski area First - Grindelwald
The First-Grindelwald ski area comprises 49 kilometres of piste and is particularly suitable for beginners with its wide range of easy pistes and a special 30-metre zone. But this area is also an absolute insider tip among snowboarders. The "White Elements" snowpark makes the hearts of freestyle fans beat faster. The "First-Egg-Bort-Grindelwald" piste, with a length of 6 km and a difference in altitude of 1,118 metres, demands everything even from experts and is considered one of the most difficult pistes in the region. It also offers a spectacular view of the famous north face of the Eiger.
Night skiing First - Grindelwald
Night skiing is just as popular in Switzerland as it is in other Alpine countries. There are several ski areas in Switzerland that also light up their pistes for night skiing. For non-skiers, there are around 100 km of winter hiking trails. Away from the pistes, you can also have fun on some of Grindelwald's toboggan runs. Snowpark First - Grindelwald: White Elements
The "White Elements Snowpark" in Grindelwald is a sight to behold. Divided into two parks, beginners and advanced riders can let off steam on jumps, rails and more. At the heart of the snow park, the half-pipe at the Bärgelegglift provides airtime. Freshly groomed every day, the "White Elements Snowpark" leaves nothing to be desired and is also committed to climate-friendly skiing and snowboarding together with the "Summit Foundation". International contests such as the "End of Season Jam" provide additional incentive to pay this park a visit.
At the "Oberjoch" is the Beginner Park, which is perfect for freestyle beginners with its small kickers and boxes. Advanced riders will love the Bärgelegg Advanced Park.
