In Switzerland's largest ski area, there is also plenty of cross-country skiing fun to be had. Around 82 kilometres of trails are spread around the ski resorts of Verbier, Nendaz, Veysonnaz and Thyon, including practice trails close to the villages, varied circuits and high-altitude trails. There are trails for sporty skating as well as for classic cross-country skiing.
