Ski area Laterns - Gapfohl
The tranquil Laterns Gapfohl ski area is located south of Lake Constance in the Bregenzerwald. From the highest point of the ski area, the Nob, at 1,785 metres, you have a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains. The 27 kilometres of perfectly groomed pistes are served by two chairlifts, four t-bar lifts and a magic carpet. At 15 kilometres, the majority of the pistes are of intermediate difficulty. The ski area also has around 8 kilometres of blue pistes and almost 4 kilometres of black pistes. A special highlight is the approximately 3.6 km long FIS descent from Nob down to Innerlaterns, which covers an altitude difference of around 745 metres. At 1,040 metres, the valley station is the lowest point in the ski area. This means there is the right descent for every ability level and no one is left out in the Laterns Gapfohl ski area. Two picturesque ski routes also lead across the Tschugger Alpe up to the peak and invite you to go ski touring or snowshoeing.

In addition to tobogganing and hiking opportunities, you can explore the local restaurants in the Laternsertal valley away from skiing and snowboarding. Winter sports enthusiasts who want to sit back and be kissed by the sun during the day's skiing are in just the right place at the "Falba Stuba" hut at the middle station at 1,570 metres. In addition to regional specialities and a cosy atmosphere, the mountain restaurant is characterised by attractive architecture and a large sun terrace. Gourmets will also find a suitable meal at the rustic Kuhstall restaurant at the valley station, as well as the opportunity to round off the day's skiing until late in the evening. Those looking for more lively evening entertainment can head to the Schnall'Ab umbrella bar for après ski. The motto here is: whoever stays the longest wins. Because the bar only closes when the last person goes home!
Snowpark Laterns - Gapfohl: Laterns Snowpark
In the upper part of the ski area, right next to the Nob six-seater chairlift, the Laterns snowpark attracts freestylers. It is ideal for beginners and advanced riders and offers kickers and rails as well as a large jump at the end of the fun park.
