The equipment hire is valid from the day after arrival until the day of departure but for a maximum of 7 days. You will find the address for collecting your equipment on your equipment voucher. If there is no exact address, but only the name of the ski hire shop, then there are several shops from the same provider in the area. In this case, you can choose whichever shop of the chain you want to collect your equipment from.
Please note that although skis & poles, or snowboard, and boots are included in a complete set, no ski/snowboard helmet is included in the price. In Italy and Austria, helmets are obligatory for children (up to 18 and 15 years old, respectively). We generally recommend wearing a helmet on the piste. Most of the time, these can be hired in resort directly from the ski hire shops. Please note with regard to our equipment hire categories that the names and number of categories may vary in the ski hire shops in resort.
