Après ski Interlaken

The lively resort Interlaken has much to offer, also once you have left the pistes. Pubs and discos are all located in close proximity and the place to be once the skiing day has come to an end. The "Holzer-Bar" in Grindelwald for instance, is a really typically cosy après ski bar which offers regional specialities to snack in between. Culinary highlights can also be found in the many restaurants in resort.

An Interlaken speciality are the so called "Schlittelwege" with a total length of over 70 km. These tracks are the typical Swiss toboggan runs. With 15 km length the longest is to be found between Bussalp and Grindelwald and is likely also the longest in entire Europe, and is also called "Big Pintenfritz". A night toboggan run is also available. Take a hike on the many winter hiking trails through the winter landscapes and enjoy the view of Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau. You can also find various natural ice rinks in the area surrounding Interlaken, such as e.g. in Brienz or on the Burgseeli.

Interlaken also offers an ice rink, a bowling centre, a climbing call, a public indoor pool ant the Victoria-Jungfrau Spa which promises relaxation after long skiing days. Families will enjoy the Indoor playground Mysty Land or the Erich von Dänikens Mystery World.

At the Oberjoch you can find the Beginners Park which, thanks to its small kickers and boxes, is perfectly suited for freestyle beginners.
