Information on cross-country skiing

Val Gardena offers cross-country skiers a true paradise. Various routes not only promise a wonderful panorama, but are also suitable for all levels of ability! A total of 133 km of trails await cross-country fans throughout the Val Gardena - including the Alpe di Siusi. Especially because of its fantastic location on the sunny high alpine pasture of the Sciliar Massif, the Alpe di Siusi is considered one of the most popular and best cross-country skiing areas in South Tyrol. All in all, the cross-country trails here are rather demanding and challenge especially sporty cross-country skiers.

In addition, also less experienced skiers will find beautiful trails, for example on the Panider saddle. Also the approx. 12 km long high altitude trail (1.600 - 1.800 m) from Selva Gardena through the beautiful Langental is not too difficult and offers optimal conditions for beginners. Even experienced cross-country skiers can get what they are looking for, as they can find an additional cross-country trail with a total of 5 km here. In St. Cristina, however, there is a cross-country ski trail fee.
