Rules of conduct on ski pistes in Italy
To use the ski areas, you must have valid liability insurance that covers damage or injury to third parties. This can also be taken out on site for individual days. Skiing while intoxicated (0.5 per mille or higher BAC) is prohibited and is punishable by heavy fines. To reduce the risk of injury, wearing a helmet is compulsory for everyone (regardless of age, on all ski runs, in snow parks and on toboggan runs). Anyone who does not comply with the helmet requirement will be fined or banned from the slopes.Après ski Gröden/Seiser Alm
- For those who want to spend there holiday in Italy and want to experience a proper apres ski, are at the right place in Val Gardena. There are 35 lodges in total, which are there to rest in but to party in too! A varied programme is offered in the numerous bars such as the Luiskeller or the Saltos in Wolkenstein. In the bar Umbrella you should beware of the fire-eating barmaids! Besides the piste there is a broad spectrum of activities, such as, snow-shoe hiking, ice skating or tobogganing. With the lift pass you have free entrance to the swimming pools and ice-rinks. The resort offers its guests an attractive programme of culture, shows and events.
