Location
The cosy 3-star Residence Pez Gajard is located about 100 m from the centre of San Martino di Castrozza. The ski bus stop is about 150 m away. The Col Verde cable car is about 800 m from the house and the Tognola cable car is about 1.1 km away.Facilities
The country-style accommodation has a reception, lift, bar, TV room and Wi-Fi. A ski room is available for your winter sports equipment. There are free parking spaces, subject to availability. A garage is available on request.The facilities of the spa area (for a fee, reservation required) are available from approx. 15:00 - 19:00. These include an indoor pool, Finnish sauna, steam bath, whirlpool, Turkish bath and experience showers. The fitness room can be used free of charge.
Reduced prices are available on site for ski, ski boot, cross-country ski and toboggan hire as well as ski schools (see information on site).

Important notes
- Access to the wellness area is permitted to children from 14 years of age.
- A bathing cap must be worn when using the indoor pool. This can be purchased on site for €3 per piece.
- No lift pass voucher will be issued for children up to and including 7 years of age. For each adult lift pass purchased, one child of the same age group travelling with the child will receive a free lift pass on site (ID required). If there are more children than adults travelling with you, a children's lift pass must be purchased on site. Further information is available at the lift ticket office.
