Rules of conduct on ski pistes in Italy
To use the ski areas, you must have valid liability insurance that covers damage or injury to third parties. This can also be taken out on site for individual days. Skiing while intoxicated (0.5 per mille or higher BAC) is prohibited and is punishable by heavy fines. To reduce the risk of injury, wearing a helmet is compulsory for everyone (regardless of age, on all ski runs, in snow parks and on toboggan runs). Anyone who does not comply with the helmet requirement will be fined or banned from the slopes.Après ski Südtiroler Wipptal
Snowpark Südtiroler Wipptal: Funpark
Right next to the 4-person chair lift Enzian lies the "Funpark Ratschings", which is certainly one of the highlights in the ski area Racines-Jaufen. The quality-assured obstacles were designed by the QParks-Team and offer set-ups for all levels. A total of 17 different elements wait here for beginners and pros alike. Beginners can practise at the moderate wave lines, the braver boys and girls among you can try the jib line and for the really high jumps, there is the pro area with a kicker line. Here you're not only in for a great deal of fun but also for some excellent professional training possibilities. The "Dynamite Park" with its approx. 2,000 m² large terrain, is equally ideal for beginners and experts.
If you're not quite ready to brave the snow park but don't want to miss out on the fun, then the fun slope is made for you. It has diverse playful snow elements, e.g. the popular "snail", and the moderate slope gradient is suitable for all skiers.
