Location
The modern 4-star Valtur Cervinia Cristallo Ski Resort is located at 2050 m on the outskirts of Cervinia, around 700 m from the centre. The ski area and the nearest cross-country ski trails are approx. 2.3 km away with the hotel's own shuttle service (08:30 - 20:00), which also takes you to the centre.Facilities
The general facilities of the accommodation include reception, lobby, left-luggage office, lift, Wi-Fi, restaurant, bar, library, terrace and ski room. You can use the parking spaces for a fee and on request.The indoor pool, children's pool and fitness room can be used free of charge. In addition, the 1,500 m² spa area with organic sauna, Turkish bath, steam bath, ice cascade, tepidarium, infrared cabin, hot tub, relaxation room and tea corner is available to you free of charge for one hour every day. Massages can be booked for a fee and on request.
There is a children's playroom for younger guests and childcare is available for children aged 3 to 11 (08:30 - 18:30 and 20:30 - 23:00). In the evening there is an entertainment programme with live shows. There is also a ski hire and ski school in the hotel itself (for a fee).
Board
Depending on the room type booked, breakfast or half board is included in the holiday price. The breakfast option includes an American breakfast buffet. Refreshments (1 x bottle of water, 2 x cola and 2 x fruit juice) from the mini bar and a skier's snack in the form of Italian pastries are also included. A tea and coffee station is also available (for a fee). When booking a room with half board, a buffet dinner in the Gargantua restaurant is also included. Important notes
- Access to the swimming area is permitted for children aged 3 and over and only when accompanied by an adult.
- Access to the sauna area is permitted from the age of 16.
- If you book a 5-day lift pass, it is also valid in the other areas of the Aosta Valley on one of the lift pass days booked; if you book a 6-day lift pass, it is even valid on two of the lift pass days booked (for more information, see on site).
- No lift pass voucher is issued for children aged 7 or under. For each parent with a booked lift pass, one child aged 7 or under receives a free lift pass for the same lift pass duration. If there are more children travelling with you than adults, a lift pass must be purchased on site at the lift ticket office. Further information is available at the lift ticket office.
- No lift pass vouchers are issued for senior citizens aged 80 or over. They receive a free lift pass upon presentation of an ID document. Without proof of age, a lift pass must be purchased on site at the senior rate. Further information is available at the lift ticket office.
