Cross-country Valmorel

Information on cross-country skiing

20 km Cross-country trails (in km):

There are several cross-country trails in Valmorel and Doucy (approx. 10 km away) that are suitable for both skating-style and classic-style cross-country skiing. The cross-country ski trails are not specially secured, but are regularly marked and groomed. It is best to enquire at the tourist office before trying out the beautiful trails in the countryside.

St. François-Longchamp itself does not have any cross-country ski trails. However, the large "Espace Nordique du Grand Coin" centre is located nearby (approx. 20 km away). Here you will find approx. 70 km of cross-country ski trails of varying difficulty and 60 km of snowshoe trails. A true winter sports paradise!
