Ski area St. Johann in Tirol/Oberndorf

With the "3 Länder Freizeit-Arena" lift pass, you can use a total of approx. 163 kilometres of piste and 52 lifts. Included are the ski areas of Heutal-Unken, Almenwelt Lofer, St. Johann in Tirol/Oberndorf, Steinplatte Waidring, Winklmoosalm, Pillersee/Buchensteinwand, Lärchenhof-Erpfendorf and Kirchdorf.

St. Johann is located between the famous Kitzbüheler Horn, affectionately known here as the "St. Johanner Horn", and the Wilder Kaiser. Thanks to the favourable northern location, the pistes are still very reliable of snow even in spring. A total of 90 % of the pistes can be covered with snow. The 40 kilometres of piste in St. Johann in Tirol-Oberndorf range from 659 to 1,604 metres above sea level and are easily accessible with ten lift systems. The peak at Harschbichl can be reached via three gondola lifts, which run up from different sides of the mountain.

Families and beginners in particular get their money's worth here thanks to the predominantly easy to intermediate pistes. But the ski area also has a treat in store for experienced skiers with the 3 km long piste 7 (FIS descent) from Penzing to Oberndorf.

For those who love variety, we recommend the SuperSkiCard (see ski region). This offers 2,840 kilometres of piste, 2,200 of which are snow-covered, and 946 lift systems in two countries and six federal states. With two glaciers - the Kitzsteinhorn and the Mölltal Glacier - the Ultra-Skipass offers 200 days of fun on the slopes and reliability of snow. In addition, 809 huts in Tyrol and Salzburg invite you to celebrate and relax. The 23 ski regions include world-famous ski areas such as the Skicircus Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn, Skiwelt Wilder Kaiser - Brixental, Kitzbühel - Kirchberg, St. Johann in Tirol - Oberndorf, Steinplatte Waidring - Winklmoos, Ski amadé and the Zillertal Arena. A must for every winter sports fan!

Snowpark St. Johann in Tirol/Oberndorf: Stone slab, Lofi Funline

Unfortunately, there is no snowpark in St. Johann in Tirol/Oberndorf. However, with the "3 Länder Freizeit-Arena" lift pass, you can discover the snowparks in the neighbouring ski areas.

The Steinplatte snowpark is in a sunny and central location right on descent 4 of the Steinplatte Waidring ski area. It fills the entire length of the 8-seater Kappelenbahn cable car. There are four lines divided into three sections with different levels of difficulty (fun, easy, medium, pro). A relaxed atmosphere, creative elements and a professionally prepared park every day make the hearts of all freestylers beat faster.

The "Lofi Funline" in the Almenwelt Lofer ski area also provides fun and action. The entertaining adventure ride is particularly suitable for families and offers beginners a good terrain to work on their skills.
