If you're looking for cross-country ski trails in the Dachstein-Tauern region, you'll get your money's worth within a few minutes. The Dörferloipe, the longest cross-country trail in the region at 22 kilometres, is available directly in Haus im Ennstal. In Pichl, cross-country skiers can choose between three cross-country trails over approx. 20 kilometres. Schladming and Rohrmoos offer around 40 kilometres of fascinating cross-country trails through forests and meadows in the Untertal and Hochtal valleys.
Nearby Ramsau offers a total of 220 kilometres of the finest cross-country trails (classic and skating-style). The choice of variants is huge and offers new challenges for all expert levels. The Ramsau cross-country ski trail network has been awarded the cross-country ski trail seal of approval.
A total of 328 kilometres are available in the region, which can be used for a small fee.
