Cross-country Pill

Information on cross-country skiing

8 km Cross-country trails (in km):

There is no cross-country ski trail in Pill, but there is one in Schwaz. It can be used free of charge if there is sufficient natural snow and starts on the eastern edge of the village. The circuit also leads over almost seven kilometres to the neighbouring village of Buch in Tirol and is particularly suitable for beginners and children.

Those looking for a greater challenge should try the eight-kilometre-long high altitude cross-country ski trail on Vomperberg, just three kilometres away. The sunny high plateau at around 800 metres above sea level is suitable for both classic-style and skating-style skiing.
